My boyfriend submitted a claim for PPI, which was rejected.
About a year later, HSBC phoned him and said they were re looking into some claims, and his was one of them. He just got a payout of £1700 yesterday!

The last post before yours was from August 2013!am wondering if any of you have had a signature as well as the delivered message. also were any of yours addressed as going to the ppi complaints department in coventry. as mine has already been signed for and was addressed to the said department.

Hello just had an offer letter of £1040 just wondering does anyone know the address you send back the acceptance letter as it doesn't say on the actual letter and I rang hsbc telephone banking and they didn't know.

advice needed PLEASE!!!
I have started a claim with i-smart and according to them i have had 4xloans and a credit card that i could be re-claiming ppi refunds for..... now they are trying to charge me a massive 30% for them doing the leg work in getting some money back and its not sitting well with me..
1. how easy is it to claim from HSBC?
2. what do I have to do!

If you've already signed a legally-binding contract with the claims company then you are already too late and you'll have to pay. However, if they are still at the stage of touting their "services", then forbid them from acting on your behalf (in writing) and do it yourself.

Hi I just found out I've got 2 ppi going back to 2003 both with hsbc but if not kept the paperwork from then..who does? Lol do I have to fill out hsbc ppi form or has anybody just walked in an asked? An by law have they got to tell me if I have or can they just brush me off ??
