Same as my room then, freezing mostly, but five minutes with the radiator on, and it's stifling.
We did find a balance, with a new carpet which is thicker, the radiator turned way down, and blinds on the window. The temp in the room is acceptable on the thermometer for a baby, and still in range between the cot and radiator when heating's on.
Rose sleeps in with us for now, and would be in a long bodysuit, a grobag, and a light blanket wrapped around her. It keeps her warm, though in summer there'll be less.
The grobag is the keeper I think- it's that warm and soft, I want to crawl into it! When she's wearing it it doesn't matter if the room temperature fluctuates a little.

Getting really impatient to meet Bump now, it's killing my back just walking the shortest distance, and i really want to be able to do things again, like get out the bath without OH's help or lay on the floor without getting stuck.

im back...........sorry ive not popped in for a while, well im blooming lol enjoying it so far got loads done over the christmas and new year hope all have enjoyed crimbo!!!

Just had a look in my pregnancy records book i have a glucose test on the 10th, im so happy ive read the letter proprly as thought i couldnt eat for 24 hrs it says in the letter to not eat after 10pm the day before the test and my test is the first appointment on the 10th in the morning at [EMAIL="9@30am"]9:30am[/EMAIL].

wahay i can eat............ just no breakfast but i think i can cope with that

baby is mega active, and my ds1 got to feel his brother wriggling about in there, Oh has been telling him he loves him which is cute but he says he feels slightly stupid for talking to my tummy lol

still got lots of energy, but really looking forward to march now....happy new year everyone xxx

Ooh. Been having bad period like cramping for the past hour and TMI info alert but body had a clearout earlier too.

We had a chinese earlier though so maybe just a dodgy meal. Im relaxing on the sofa atm so we'l see if it dies down.

Aimless

Sigh, due date plus one and absolutely nothing doing, other half has to go home in a few hours. Totally fed up, i'm worried he's going to miss it because of the travel time.

Argh arthritic shoulders are getting on my nerves now and paracetamol are useless:mad: if I were to go to the docs tomorrow,do you think they'd be able to give me something safe but a bit stronger?

No sign of her making an appearance, not had any symptoms of things getting started so just going to have to put up with waddling and aching for a while longer... have told her though that she's due today and still has plenty of opportunity to be on time :rotfl:

I dreamt this morning that I queue-jumped, and had twin boys! :eek: I didn't dream anything about the labour or birth though, just that there I was in hospital with two babies!

(((hugs))) Aimless, I hope things work out ok when baby does decide to put in an appearance. How far will your OH have to travel?

Sorry Lucy, I have no idea! Surely there must be something your GP could suggest though...
