So when did you guys really believe you were pregnant? When did it all become real? I've seen the scans and felt the kicks but part of me still feels like i'm dreaming!

Started to feel "real" for me the past few weeks, with the pram arriving, crib arriving, getting my hospital bag packed etc I guess with less than 6 weeks to go, it needs to feel real, every time me and OH do something together we're always saying "ooh wonder if it's for the last time"

Just checking in, started getting contractions 7 minutes apart lasting a minute - then they stopped!! Grrr

Had a LOT of discharge (sorry tmi!)

In bed with indigestion and my bump is tight.

Gilly, I'm obsessed with giraffes too but I haven't managed to find as many things with them on as you.....yet! MIL bought baby a cuddly giraffe for xmas.

I don't know if anyone else has heard this but MIL bought me some 'Badedas' bubble bath for xmas, apparently its really good to use when you've had the baby to help soothe and heal the sore bits. She'd been told by 2 different people who both have a few kids that it really helps.

Feels a little more like normal now, a few pages to catch up on

C'mon Flumpette, your mummy is waiting to meet you and we're all waiting to hear all about you!!! :j

I went to see a Physio this evening after DH put his foot down and told me I was going to see her and no arguments, he is getting more and more upset and irritated with me limping, hobbling about and hissing in pain when trying to sit down when I am stiff.

Anyway, the lovely physio did an interesting test - she had me lie down on her couch and raise my straight right leg which was no problem. The I had to do the same with my left ... big problem, couldn't do it. She then put one hand on the side of each of my hips and pushed them together and had me try again. This time I could do it!

It would appear I have an unstable Sacroiliac joint due to relaxin hormone and the ligaments around my pelvis aren't working so well, hence the muscles are trying to do the job instead and pain is the result in my left hip, leg and knee. I'm supposing this a light variation of SPD that some of you are suffering with. Boo!!

I now have a hugely UGLY belt to wear when out and about walking anywhere to pull my hips together and help keep it all stable. Oh joy!!!

All I can say girls, is that if something hurts get it looked at by your GP and if he/she is useless try someone else. £38 well spent in my opinion

Just popping in to tell you Lidl have those wonderful body pillows again. Very very very lovely and comfy for your bumps.
