  • Anyone thought about getting an inflatable rubber ring to sit on after birth? My mum mentioned she couldnt live without it after giving birth and thought it would be worth just buying one now just incase. Just having a look around to find best price/place.

yes definatley. with my first i sat on a hot water bottle with cold water in it. but with the other two i sat on a rubber ring type thing and it was a god send.

pound land do them and places like pound stretchers.

I'm not panicky, I'm far too eager and impatient! I want my baby now :o least it's the start of February.

Ur lucky Gilly, I`m convinced my baby will be a March one, and if he comes on 29th Feb i will cry :( wouldnt matter really if he was the first/only child, but having 3 older siblings with a "proper" birthday, just wouldnt seem fair! How r u today Gilly? x

I think my baby will probably be a January baby, deep down anyway. Maybe he'l prove me wrong :p

I'm good, back is starting to ache but I think it's because my bump has dropped. Barely slept last night and came down to the inlaws today as they wanted to buy us a video camera for Christmas and were allowing us to pick which one we wanted, but his dad had work to do so we didn't even end up going out to get it, so I've spent the day snoozing in front of the fire and being run after by MIL. She bought another 2 baby blankets with giraffes on :D

Haha giraffes again! I`m personally a lover of blue elephants! I had one as a child (its not still on my beside table.....honestly :) ) And found a lush blanket with one on in Tesco of all places last week, and it was also 1/2 price yay! DD3 is obsessed with pandas and pink poodles, she has dozens of teddys and clothes with them on! Maybe take a hot water bottle to bed with u to put on ur back tonight?! xx

I'm obsessed, my son will grow up to hate them :o I love getting half price bargains :D Mothercare had loads of stuff the other week, I was in the first day of the sale and wanted loads but I had Christmas presents to buy so couldn't over indulge.
