Well, I have been stocking up because I don't want to have to go into anywhere like Wilkos near Xmas, standing in queues seems to be one of the most painful things at the mo! I've got about 15 boxes of Bodyform liners, loo rolls, spare deodorant and shampoo, and several bottles of washing up liquid (shop was discontinuing my fave so I cleared the shelf! Also 4 or 5 bottles of my regular washing liquid (also sadly discontinued) as well as some Comfort and Persil i'd already bought for baby stuff. We won't mention wipes or nappies.
The sense of impending something seems to have faded a bit now my tax return's done, but I will be surprised if I last 3 more weeks. Bet I will now I've said that!0 -
Evening ladies, just in, been out almost all day
Helped OH get his families Christmas presents in and went to see the new Twilight Movie.
Also got 2 x pair of fleecy button up pj's for the hospital from La Senza (2 pairs for £20, bargain) I'm totally not a nightie type of gal, so bought 1 nighty for labour from M&S, was 25% off.
Also got my Raspberry Leaf Tea Capsules, (wasn't sure they were 400mg or 3000mg) I got the smaller ones, confused though, also they're not very MSE are they?!?
Oooh and some fitted sheets for the crib
Hope everyone is well and those with some twinges, it turns out to be the real thing xxThe frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -
Well. Me and OH have been playing with the baby carrier/sling tonight.
With the help of DD's doll and kitty lol.
I got a Close sling from Tesco, and it seems fab.
OH got a Tomy freestyle from Ebay and he loves it. Been walking round the house with it on. Easily amused he is
Yummy. Oohh, hope things are starting for you.. Xxx0 -
Gilly. You heard anything else from Mamas and Papas? X0
