I've been Persil-ing mine, but yes, it is lovely when they're all clean and ironed and lined up in the drawers! :D I use Ecover for all our normal stuff, so they smell different. :) I've got my last load of 0-3 on the airer now, then I just have some 3-6 and some new sheets to do. And a big basket of ironing. :D

Dinah, the pain u descibe that ur not sure if its heartburn....it sounds like the pain i get. Its almost as if ur bra has been rubbing under ur boob? but nothing makes it go away. I have had it the last 3 pregnancies, and with the last one, and this one, it not spreads right thru to the shoulder blade behind the side the pain is on! I hope that makes sense? Mine feels like someone is holding a match to it sometimes. I even had liver scans last time as they thought it could be that causing the pain, but it wasnt. A friend of mine gets the same whilst preg, so i know i`m not going mad ;)
Re tumbling baby clothes....I tumble EVERYTHING! Always have done. Altho have just remembered, dont do the bibs with velcro :/ as they ruin everything they get stuck to :(
Weather is pants here, so not doing anything or going anywhere today! I really fancy gammon so we are having that instead of a roast today! Yummy!
Kira, hope ur show turns into something! I never had one with DD1, but with DD2 and DD3, had a show in the morning, and went into labour that night, so good luck :) xxx

    How exciting Kira! :)

Is anyone using fabric softner on babies clothes? I'll definitely be tumble drying all of mine. We don't have central heating so nothing to hang over.

Busy watching the Cow & Gate dvd that came in my welcome letter from them. Great for a first timer (clueless) like me!

I have Fairy softner and the white Comfort (pure?) and yes I have been using it. :)

is it just me that finds sitting on my ball really uncomfortable down below? I am trying really hard as advised by the doc to sit on it for aslong as possible, so if they do want to induce me at 36 baby will be in a favourable position.

At 37 weeks, my ball hasn't made it out of the box yet! :o Anyone fancy blowing it up for me? :D

We only use Ecover generally, as we're all a bit sensitive skin wise. But for the baby stuff I wanted something with a bit more of a clean smell, if that makes sense? :D Persil non-bio small and mighty is on offer a lot more than Fairy as far as I can see. We usually use whatever sensitive fabric softener is cheap, but I've switched to Comfort pure lately, again for the nicer smell! I buy some every time I see it cheap.

Mines came with a pump, it didn't take long to blow up :) I done it myself, not finding it pleasant though. I realise that's probably a good thing though? :o

I figure I'll try for an hour a day, in 20 minute bursts.

Just took me record time to unload/reload the dishwasher. 45mins!! Had to stop and sit down 3 times. This being PG malarkey sucks!

I'm feeling quite chilled still, other than worrying i might get more bloody show or have my waters go whilst at PIL. I'm just not sure i'm ready for that level of intimacy with them! LOL.
Rang my mum for a bit mothering, and managed a distracted 3 minute conversation with her before she rang off with guests popping in to see her. Feeling a bit poo about not having my mum for some support.

Humph. And (TMI) i keep farting. Cant help it. No idea where its coming from. Feels like i need to poo, but i parp instead! I'm gonna be a joy to have round at PIL tonight arent i!
