Woke this morning to find bleeding. Had sex last night... could it be that? No idea what to think really! Not keen on a google search to freak me out. Not a lot of bleeding, just noticed having been to the loo (sorry if too much information, but the MW pregnancy pack has no useful information!)

Any advice please?

Some light bleeding can come from rubbing your cervix during sex and can be nothing to worry about. For me it has been one or two wipings worth, of light pinky red. Hope that helps.

Congratulations WW looks like everyone was wrong about everything! Lol we guessed you were having a boy. Doctors though about downs and hopefully they were wrong and midwifes thought big baby and were wrong. I am glad we were all wrong! Fingers crossed for the results in 2 weeks although she sounds perfect whatever the results say!
My other half has taken his boys to play a football match over 2 hours drive away!!! And I am 39 weeks today!! Eekk I am not happy about it !

I had a few episodes of this, I do have cervical erosion though, which makes bleeding more likely. I even had some bleeding for no apparent reason the evening after a scan, so I refused to panic about that one!

If you ask your GP or midwife, they can hopefully reassure you, and possibly send you to the EPU if they think you need it.

Congratulations WW! Sounds very stressful, I'm glad you're home safely.

Congratulations WW :j love the name Katie too.

Really need to get my bum out of bed at some point soon!! Planning on making toad in the hole for dinner today as it's quick and easy just need to buy some plain flour as I only have self raising.
Going to get kids to do their homework in a bit so that should be fun!!

Woke up about 4 this morning and baby was kicking the carp out of me!! Couldn't get back to sleep for over an hour as heartburn decided to set in too!! Bleurgh the joys of pregnancy!!

I'm still having period-pain things which I'm guessing are braxton hicks... Some are so painful my toes curl and I get really hot

In all honesty it's making me panic that I won't be able to cope with the real deal.

OH has popped out so I'm going for a clary sage bath and to swot up on hypnobirthing!
