BTW, having had a chat with the m/w about beans potential for arriving early/late etc, and given the 3/5 engaged, and good size, she has given me the all go for attempting "operation shift the bean early". I now have her go ahead to sink as much RLT as i can stomach (her recommendation on quantity!), and go for it with the EPO capsules. I also have the gym ball in the living room, and am spending an hour an evening with my top half resting on the ball, kneeling on a cushion, to open everything up. DH has also offered to start giving me ankle massages to see if that works.
I did mention my stingy nipples, and she said that was a good sign too, as it was increased blood flow to my boobs getting them ready, and suggested a bit of (TMI) Nipple action might help things along!
Gonna have another listen to my hypnotherapy CD now....

Not bought that set, but have seen it, and it looks good at that discount! I have bought the complete starter bottle set at a similar discount on amazon, and i got a basically as new Avent electric steriliser from ebay for £2.50! - Got the sterliser as it got best buy on Which?, and the teats on the bottles are a good match for my nipples!!!
Thats said, i'm not planning on getting an avent breast pump as the medela swing just won hands down on reviews but looking at the steriliser now we have it, i think other makes of bottles should still fit if the avent ones dont work for us.

I guess, what i'm saying is, weigh up what will happen if avent bottles dont suit your baby, will you still be able to use the rest of the kit for what you want it for. If yes, then go for it.

LOL. I think by now he has given up all hope of that. I have seriously been without any lurvin mojo for many months- the constant m/s just totally put me off, and its not come back.. Poor bloke. He is being remarkably good about it though.

The m/w DID say that the latest "research" on how to get things going is to um.... "swallow"...

On the nipple thing, i also mentioned the white splodges i've had on mine for a few months, and she confirmed what i thought, that it is milk coming up to the surface.. So far, no actual leakage though.

Good evening ladies n bumps xx

Congrats to all the new mums xx

All of a sudden it seems baby isn't that far off which is quite scary but so exciting! Had diabetic consultant yesterday and all my insulin has been upped, sadly I also had my first hypo too, thankfully hubby was here and got me some jelly babies and checked my blood levels, weirdly it was 2 hours before hospital so consultant reassured us baby is fine etc an reiterated that she will be out before 38 weeks so too make sure we get all ready for her.

Because of the high dose of insulin and risk of hypos i'm now not leaving the house and have stopped driving, so will prob drive myself nuts xxx

keeping busy with comps, had a fab win of a top end phone yesterday which will sort hubby out for xmas xxxxx

    Hope everyone coping ok xx
