sorry Ginvzt i cant help you on that one. I have pain and it is probably spd but i was having physio anyway for my back so spoke to physio about it and she helped me a bit. I didnt bother with the midwife or doctors as i didnt want any drugs etc so there is not much they can do. mine seems quite mild compared to others:j Proud mum to Jade age 10 years and Baby Ellie born Christmas Day:eek: with a broke heart
Proven to be a little fighter and battling on with her heart condition :j

Well guess who had a whole night of sleep and only 2 toilet breaks
I feel so good, refreshed, awake, alert. Even made OH a warm breakfast since he has a 14 hour day!
So Kira I really mean it from the bottom of my heart when I say thanks for advising on the cutting on drinks, I didn't cut out completely, only drank when necessary from about 6.30 onwards. I am thirsty this morning, but it's worth it.The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -
Morning All
I feel flaked this morning, have caught up with posts but cant remember what I have read as brain fried:eek: from what I can remember
Kira - pleased your mum has ad her op & your piccies were cute.
Jenjade - love the bump piccies!
4nnabella - had strop the other day when I made the pancakes I was going to have with my crispy duck liquify when trying to defrost them them in warm water, I made hubby drive me to sainsbo's, no pancakes anywhere so had to buy another crispy duck just to take the pancakes outtortilla wraps are not the bl:cool::cool:dy same...
Gilly - I get up to pee in the night usually at least 4 times but usually more, had read about body releasing fluid in the night so is probably that. I also find dont wee as much during the day its weird..
Heartburn - ugggh never had it before pregnancy, last night woke up as though about to vomit, earlier in pregnancy only got it occassionally but much more frequent now. My solution last night of kp peanuts and a rich tea biscuit works for me (acid goes to work on food maybe, who knows!!) so hubby to buy me first ever packet of rennies presume they are ok. Mousey gave me such a kick in the night I woke up,, perhaps he's responsible!!!
Have found that need to eat early though say buy 6pm and that if eat too much ie big dinner and dessert its worse, best nights have been when had lighter supper say fishfingers and no dessert but then there is always the hunger problem. But usually dont eat tea after 6pm anyway but its difficult if you are working etc.
Anyway  shades back on as sooo tired but need to tidy up today as friend may come tomorrow.

Jen- nice bump!
Ginvzt- I had a few pains, and around 20ish weeks, MW told me it may be SPD. Was reasonably fine til I sat at my desk in work- think around 30ish weeks? and heard a massive crack, and ended up taking a trip to hosp the next day as I was having trouble walking.0 -

I feel so alert and awake today, and house is clean and tidy. Starting to get pelvic pain too, so don't want to venture too far, it hurts to stand for an hour to do ironing, not sure what a walk round town would doThe frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0
