  • I haven't ironed any maternity clothes as when they're on, the belly stretches all the creases out, bonus!
OH will be moving in next week so he can iron his own shirts, I've been told I can't do them well enough anyway, RAF creases obviously not my speciality!

OH has spoken to the letting agency now "are you sure you haven't put anything down the toilet?!? Any household objects?" :rotfl: !!!!!!? Then started asking about sanitary products, erm well my girlfriend is pregnant so no it wouldn't be those.

Apparently if there's a blockage of any kind, we'l be charged for it?!? So angry at the moment.

I've been gradually educating DH about baby stuff as we go along, scared him yesterday by explaining braxton hicks and that we can't go to the hospital at the first real contraction! However, it would appear I still have a way to go, as last night he asked me how long it would be before she opened her eyes... apparently he thought babies were like puppies and kittens and it would be at least a few days!

......love that!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:my hubby keeps dreaming that I am going to give birth to puppies, he keeps muttering 'puppies' in his sleep :rotfl:

Gilly - congrats on 29 weeks :) hope they fix your toilet soon...

Lucy - have eaten 4 small sausage rolls yesterday & 4 today!!! sainsburys TTD ones were lush....:)

    Kira - Love the piccie!

Dylan - I knocked a load of stuff out of kitchen cupboard and dylan obviously nicked something and ran off as quickly as he could. Did not know what he had but threw down cheese snacks in the hope he would drop it which he did. It was a mini plastic jam pot yuck!! he proceeded to lick flour off the flour double yuck...

I don't iron anything! OH does his own shirts, my clothes generally dry crease-free then get shoved in the wardrobe, if anything is a bit creased when I come round to wear it then it's too bad! The creases drop out during the day anyway...

I don't do bedding at all...

I have a friend who irons everything, including her towels, I honestly have no idea why she bothers! :rotfl:

Lovely bump Kira :D Is that your belly button poking out a bit now?

I've got my 31 week GP appointment this afternoon, get to leave work at 3pm :D

Hope everyone had a nice weekend? I was reading but didn't have much to say so didn't post. I spent Saturday morning cleaning the house, which wore me out a bit, I had an achey back for the afternoon. It needed to be done though as my parents came up for the afternoon at about 3.30pm, they stayed for dinner (a very nice, even if I do say so myself, beef casserole :D). My Dad helped put up a curtain rail in the baby's room, just need to get curtains to go on it now... Then yesterday we went to Wetherspoon's first thing for a cooked breakfast, hadn't had one for ages and it was soooo nice! Then we went to do the supermarket shop, came home and sat down for the rest of the day! Oh and I made chocolate brownies yesterday afternoon, which are very nice!

Hugs to those with aches and pains, and labour vibes to the boldies...! Surely we are due some baby news soon...

Gilly- hope they sort it. The alternative is much worse..... :)

This is ridiculous! I got down to the bank, a just back, and feel as if I could sleep for a year. Even stopped at DH's shop to buy stew so I didn't have to make lunch.....

Parked beside an armoured Police Landy, and when I got out of my car was a tad depressed that instead of a wolfwhistle I could hear an audible 'Oh s***!' as they all caught sight of bump....... :)
