hi all, i have just posted this in the parenting thread but thought it may be of some use to someone over here. x
is anyone breastfeeding and expressing, and a member of bizzie baby or would like to join up. ihave been talking to the allocations lady on the bizzie baby website and she is looking for another person to review and electronic double breast pump and a bra if anyone is interested it might be worth emailing her.
www.bizziebaby.co.uk is the website
the allocations lady email is gill@bizziebaby.co.uk
and the products she wants reviewing are
http://ameda.co.uk/breastpumps/ameda...nal-breastpump
http://ameda.co.uk/breastpump-accessories/simple-wishes
hope someone can benefit from this. the cost of signing up to bizzie baby think is £5 for the year but it may have gone up im not sure im not due for renewal till jan i think.
i have been a member for 3 yrs now and have always been allocated several products a year to review so it has been worth the sign up fee

Hey ladies.
A bit of a personal one here -
Do any of you (or have you in previous pregnancies) havd issues with varicose veins down below? Ive found one and the midwife is concerned that it is blocking babies exit and may cause issues with bleeding etc during labour. I have an appointment with a consultant next week to determine whether to go ahead cautiously with a natural birth under consultant care or if they want to avoid the risk and go for a c-section.
Just wondered if anyone has any experience with this as im really quite worried. (PM if you dont want to talk on here) I really dont want a C-section and im terrified they are going to go straight for that option as they are being uber-cautious at the moment due to current investigations at the maternity unit.

Oh that nap was not good, I feel like death warmed up, think I may be coming down with something, my head feels like an oversized mushroom
R.e the gifting, I'm quite fussy when it comes to things, but I've told everyone I don't particularly like shoes on babies, and I do not like sports clothes, I've got 3 x pairs of trainer type shoes already, vile.
Have bought a pair of mini converse though, only exception to the ruleThe frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -
Welcome to all the newbies :j
Nothing new to report from me, other than I don;t think I am going to get much sleep tonight after being informed that 1/3 of jobs at my work are going
I went to Tesco tonight to trade up some nappies and they said they are now not doing any exchanges without a receipt. They did it today for me, but I'm glad that is the last of my nappies to trade up.
I've been red hot all day, I kept opening all the windows at work as I was sweating, and of course everyone else kept complaining and closing them again0 -
