Tesco had some Ravenlady! There and Mothercare.

I'm back, 1 and a half gingerbread lattes in tow. Happy faced me.

I looked on both websites and couldn't see any soft boots big enough.

Decaff Crabapple :D If I had to save my caffeine up, with my daily intake I'd be up !!!!!! creek without a paddle. I easily go through 4/5 teas a day and a few coffees.

It's the sugar in those damn tasty take away coffees :o they are limited normally though, cost more than anything.

Can't do decaff - I'd rather cut them out altogether! Mind you, not tried decaff for a while, it's just my dad had to drink decaf tea because of heart problems and it always tasted revolting to me.

Tis a treat because of the caffeine and the cost - won't be able to justify them ever again once maternity pay kicks in. I don't add any sugar or have the syrups so not any worse than calories in the milk, although I'll admit to having little idea how many are there. I refuse to calorie count until this baby is out!

Tesco definitely had soft grey ugg type boots in the baby boy section up to 18 months. It was a Tesco Extra though. I know they don't have everything online because I've bought a few things for bubs that they don't have online. The Baby Boutique stuff never is :( They were around £7

EDIT: Mothercare have the Just Sheepskin Boots, they're soft and come in a 12-24 month size, but they're all around about £20ish, not sure if that's a bit much?

Crabapple I quit caffeine before I found out I was pregnant, but I would say the tea is an acquired taste, but after about a week I noticed no difference, I use Tetely.

Normally I order a decaff skimmed latte so no syrup and I don't like sugar in coffee but the Christmas drinks have the flavoured gingerbread syrup and then whipped cream on top  I'm not even gonna have a look online to see the calorie value, ignorance is bliss :D

Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?
It's not always easy,And sometimes life can be deceiving,
I'll tell you one thing, its always better when we're together
  • I got some maternity bra's and Im very very proud of myself. I drove into Newcastle and went "shopping" for the first time, if you can call a breif wander round a bit of a shopping centre shopping lol. Its an acheivement as ive been down here a few years and this is the first time I've done it :j

Kiara - Well done on hopefully getting dishcharged from Consultant care :D

Wonder Womble - Metro Centre was hell yesterday and we were up there fairly earlyish as well, we got there about 11am and it was mobbed, car park was already really busy. Even went to Costco and that was heaving which was surprising for the time of day. If you have to go I would be there first thing for it opening. Im back on Monday and then that is me refusing to set foot in that place till Feb next year :rotfl:

Mimi - I wouldnt worry about your friend. DH and I met online on the 1st June, only saw each other weekends as I was in Aberdeen and he was in Glasgow, but knew fairly early on that it was it for us, so much so that when he finished his training in the November of that year he moved to Aberdeen rather than going home to his parents in Cardiff. Been together nearly 4.5 years and married for just under 32 weeks (not bad considering im just over 33 weeks pregnant :rotfl:)

Can anyone recommend some over the bump jeans? Given I'm now 31 weeks don't want to pay alot. Had some red herring ones from first pregnancy which I've used again but a bit tight now. Got some recently from dorothy perkins with the band that sits on the bump which felt fine in the shop but now wearing can't seem to keep up even though right size and driving me mad.

I've been leaking for weeks, no idea why it started so early, but if it gives any indication about milk etc, then I'm happy. As I've really got my heart set on breast feeding.
