Definately not! I'm hoping to hold on to Jan, as birthday in future will be easier to prepare for & enjoy!!

I think I'd be the same! I'm due a week after our first wedding anniversary, and whilst that's not quite the same as Christmas, I'm really hoping I don't pop a week early, we'd really like it to be a different date!

Mimi I.was at QMC and i had the best care. I was on the high dependency unit for the best part of a week then 1 night on the mat ward. Every single person (bar 1) was great & they really helped my recovery. The nurses, surgeons, anethetist, miswife eyc all brilliant!

well staying up late to work on my assignment, am getting some quite painful inner pelvis feelings, like someone has a knitting needle inside and is waving it around, quite sharp pains, think this is the baby's head moving down? Not sure though, advice would be appreciated :)

Just checked the internet and it is indeed baby's head moving down, getting lots of braxton hicks tonight and feel a littl bit sick, not sure why, hope i feel better tomorrow.

Owww, so sick of heartburn today! I've tried Gaviscon, milk, refreshers, cold water, nothing works for more than a minute or so. :(

Mine tends to appear as my stomach empties, apparently the stomach contracts to push the food through, and that pushes the acid up. But today I seem to have had it more or less constantly, and I really want to go to sleep! :D The midwife told me to avoid spicy food, then I told her that I'd had jacket potato and beans and still got it, how much blander can I go? :D

Team yellow - I always wanted a boy, but then I thought that probably meant I would get a girl, so from about 6-22 weeks I thought it was a girl. I started looking a what non pink girl clothes were available. Then I thought it was a boy as I kept buying boyish unisex clothing, at my 24 week scan the lady thought she glimpsed a penis, but when she tried to focus the baby moved, so she couldn't say one way or the other. I have another scan in two weeks and I would really love to know the sex, but I think it likes showing off its bum, rather than its bits, so I might just have to wait. We decided to call bump a unisex name at around 8 weeks and came up with Le Lou Dallas Multipass after Fifth Element. We are both into sci fi, so we think it is rather amusing, but explaining the name to normal people meets with very funny looks.

    Good luck Kandyboys!

    Congratulation SVSandy!

That's possible, we do have them quite often, as i've lost all interest in food. But then beans on toast also gives me heartburn? Today has been something else tho, it's horrible! After several hours of not sleeping, I suddenly realised, I started on the iron syrup yesterday, I put it off while I was away. Wonder if that's why it's so much worse than usual?
