I'm not normally a big drinker to be honest but you can't beat a nice glass of Baileys with ice! But I might have to wait a bit until I'm no longer on painkillers in case it knocks me out. Actually, if I do that, I might not hear baby and DH will have to do night feeds :rotfl:

Brie! And pate! And dippy eggs! I never drank much anyway so am not missing alcohol, but what I wouldn't give for a baked camembert with crispy toast and cranberry sauce right now... :D

Unlike me who will be eight months pregnant!

I spent last Christmas being really good about not stuffing my face, as I got married three weeks later, so was obviously on a wedding dress diet! I even managed to resist the massive box of biscuits and tin of Quality Street that MIL gave me until after the wedding! I said that next Christmas I'll be eating anything that wasn't nailed down... Of course I now realise that as much as I will want to eat everything in sight, baby will be taking up so much room by that point that I won't be able to fit much in! I'll just have to pace myself and eat little and often! :D

I really really fancy a Crabbies alcoholic ginger beer. Been wanting one for months. I COULD have a glass, but a glass is less than the amount in a bottle and i dont think i could bear to not drink the whole bottle. So having to steer clear.

You can buy some camembert which is pasturised, and thus safe for us preggers ladies :D. The sainsburys french normandy camembert (large and mini) is pasturised.

A Crabbies was the last alcoholic thing I drank before I got my BFP! I was actually already pregnant but didn't know... It was quite odd really as OH and I were in town, I'd just met him in a pub where his mate works after having my hair cut and we decided to get something to eat there. He went to order me a drink and he had a Crabbies (he loves the stuff...) so I randomly said, 'oh I'll just have one of those', even though I would normally just have a soft drink, so it was quite ironic that a couple of weeks later I got the +ve test :)

Thanks for the tip on the camembert, might have to call in at Sainsburys on the way home from work tomorrow! :D
