HP Priner won't print PDF

I wondered about the print spooler but it usually pops an error box up if it is not running

If you click start then run, type services.msc then click OK or press enter, give it a while then it will show a box, look through the list for print spooler to check it is set for automatic start up, and started, though clicking to restart the service won't be a problem

If it is not set to automatic or running, you can left click the print spooler entry to highlight it, then right click it, click properties and change the setting there, click apply, you may need to start / restart the service and the PC
