what happens when you try? it's possible it's been done in a font that isn't supported by your printer.

Nothing, the icon comes up like its going to print but nothing happens.

Well that DoPDf won't print it, it tries to replace excisitng file but cant cause another process? is using it, not sure how to change a word into pdf.

Open the word document, click file, click print, choose dopdf

Windows vista yes it converted it.
