If the printer is in warranty you can use their chat with a technician

Ok have managed to print as an image but way to small and still wont let me print normally, should I download another Abode?0

Download and install Do PDF
http://www.dopdf.com/
Open an existing PDF, click to print and choose DoPDF as the printer, let it make the new PDF then see if the HP Printer will print that one. You can also try it with a Word document0 -
Doesn't that convert files to PDF? PDf is what i already have.0
