PS3 Nat Settings

Enable SSID Broadcast
Enable WMM Fragmentation

Ok ticked all the boxes and the xbox is online!

Many thanks. What else do I need to do, i presume the router works both wired and wireless, the laptop is wired and so is the ps3, so i can leave it all as it is? The ps3 may go upstairs at a later date.

Yes the router works on both Thought it'd be something simple - you wouldn't believe the number of calls I've been to where either the router or a laptop has had the wifi switched off accidentally.

Leave it all as it is now. If the ps3 goes upstairs all you'll need to do is set up the wifi on it (with your passphrase) and bob's yer mother's brother

Well I don't know abt switched off accidently, as you can see I am not that router/console techie minded, though after all this i should be! Many thanks to you and Debitcardmayhem for your patience and time helping me. You all do a great job in helping others.:beer::T
