Beth that is even more reason to complain...they just havent taken your needs, fears or worries into account at all:mad:
it makes me so mad.....this is part of the reason I left the NHS as I was not prepared to give sub standard care to patients just because of staffing issues/ budget problems and generally bosses running the NHS as a business rather than something dealing with people at very vunerable points of their life. I would rather not do the job than do it badly through no fault of my own.

evening all
well got to the bottom of the problem of ds' hysterics in the night. my friends boy is 4 and made him jump with a lion teddy just before bedtime. ds is now scared to death of the thing! put it in friends bedroom but ds went in and got it and threw rather dramatically threw it down the stairs :rotfl: said bear is now hidden away :rotfl:he seems to be happy to go into the bedroom now,, whether or not he'll go to bed ok... who knows!
does it matter what sugar you use to make choc cake? want to make friend a cake (just because she is on a diet and really doesnt need to be!!) but she has, what looks like, every type of sugar except caster!

So pleased that DS has removed the Demon Lion, oh bless him. FGS don't read him The Cronicals of Narnia just yet.
I have made cakes with Granulated Suger when I have run out of Caster. I have put it in a pestle and mortar and ground it up when making a V. sponge, or put the suger in a plastic bag and roll over it with a rolling-pin. Caster is just a finer granulated. HTH yah.I haven't noticed any difference in the end result. x

Tell me about.....:D. He loved it but still said " I missed you mummy"
Well its our Wedding Anniversary today-36 years,I have a lot of patience :rotfl:Not doing anything special, but I might make a cake.I did wonder whether to take some pieces of fillet steak from the freezer, but couldnt bring myself to do it as I have half a big cooked chicken left from yesterday,so I might make a risotto or something else I dont normally do.
woot woo happy anniversay smooch smooch
Hitched a lift to town with DS1,he had to go to the bank as he realised there has been a transaction going out of his account and couldnt find out what it was,it was going off his card not a direct debit.Anyway they have put it through to the fraud section for investigation and will refund the money :THe was all for just ringing to cancel his card and not bothering to go into it,but I made him(he's pleased now)Then he went into the phone shop as he was due an upgrade, traded in his old broken screen iphone and got a new one ,and an in car bluetooth thingy for no extra money :j
Right I'd better get off here or there'll be no nice tea or cake for DH to come home to.DNiece is calling later with baby too.

I bet you were the best NHS nurse ever, so caring and you know the standerds that are essential for you to enjoy your work and the patients their trust. We need you in the hosps.
Wish you had been there when I had my living nightmare.
ps. when should the bleeding from my throat stop ?
Sorry if that was TMI. x0 -

Busy good day at work. After work me and flatmate went to look at a car for me. I really love itIt's a red Suzuki Swift 2007 plate.
