  • So you know what you want to earn, thats been calculated but not what you want to do. Fair enough neither did I but I didn't banding earnings around till I had tried it.

What have you got to offer for 14k? Its coming up reality check time and all you have in front of you is what you won't/can't do, I hadn't a clue what I could do in any sector when i left school.

I might be just a lorry driver, not earning that 18k even at my age but I know what I can do, no wonder people get fed up with whinging students!

I have asked decent questions here, your priority is money.
I hope you get what you want within your price range, you have a lot to learn in life.

Rather than campaigning for better employment chances for the disabled, without proper stats to back yourself up, why dont you keep a blog on your own job seeking.

That way, people can give you advice on what you are doing right and wrong, and you will be able to form your own opinion on the subject, rather than basing what you think on what friends have told you?

You claim that you are open to many job ideas, but you do seem very negative before you even start. If anything will put off an employer, it's a negative atitude :)

Your posts come across as if you are expecting to be at a disadvantage before you start. As has been pointed out, you may be at an employment advantage where companies have certain quotas to fill, which effectively discriminate against anyone not in a certain sector of the population.

I dont have a business or an IT degree, so I am not the most employable that is my biggest disadvantage

I am not certain as to the effect my disability has on my employability yet.

If you think you may have two disadvantages before you start, then you need to really play on your plus points and persuade employers why they need you and what skills you have.

Not having a business/IT degree means nothing! Go for a different industry. I dont have a builders qualification, so wouldnt apply for such jobs. If I wanted to, I'd get the qualification first.

I can true my hand to most things so that is probably an advantage.

It is a pain that being disabled excluded me from being a Surveyor as there is a huge shortage of them.
