Evening all!
An interesting experience driving home from work tonight, the wind was mad over the Fenwick Moors on the motorway, but it felt worse here in Glasgow, the flipping driveway gates were blowing shut as I was driving through them! Off for 2 days now, time to catch up on tidying this messy house, laundry, and cooking up some cosy food, I predict the SC will be on tomorrow with something bubbling to eat with creamy mash, and maybe a vat of soup, even put the heating on for an hour tonight as listening to the wind was making me feel cold....probably cos I am tired!RIP Iain

Thank you!!
I put the left over soup, and 3 bags of stock transfered to store and pour bags in the fridge, i'll be putting those on the freezer in a moment, and having the leftover soup for lunch.
I started a diet yesterday, I didn't do to badly for me! I had only 3 set meals, porridge, ham sandwhich and then chicken soup. My only snack was about 10 o clock chocolate cake bar. Going to have to find a way to change that to a 10 pm Apple!
It's my birthday next month, and I've put on alot of weight this last year, so i'd like to start losing some !
I'm making curry for dinner tonight, I've never made it from scratch before, but I'm going to be attempting that next week! Using a jar today (The shame) it was a £1 in asda and i'll store what I don't use. Does anyone know if you can freeze curry sauce in tupperware?
Thanks
Sarah

Yes you can, but I usually just make twice as much curry with chicken bulked out with veg then freeze the leftovers so you have a ready meal when you want it, and you save on gas/electricity not having to cook the meal from scratch. We spend money we don't have, on things that we don't need, to impress people we don't like.
