started off wet 'n'windy and now its dry'n'windy so thats an improvement I was supposed to go daily to the lymphodema clinic this week and I turned up in plenty of time and sat there for about 40 minutes and eventually saw the nurse who told me that my appointments had been 'lost' in the system of transfer from her diary to the electronic system I'm not a happy bunny as it was a wasted day.Still all rebooked for next week.Plus I have been given some different tablets to get rid of this blooming cough which has been hanging about far too long.Because my immune system is shot if I get a cold it hangs on for dear life I am hoping these Erythromycin pills do the trick and the first two lots of anti-bios didn't.I also booked my 'flu jab' whilst I was there I shall end up moving my bed round to the surgery at this rate Oh the joys of growing old you end up knowing your Dr better than your neighbours:):):)
Well I shall pick my little lads up shortly and I have a nice box of HM chocolate chip cookies to cheer us all us after school.Hope everyone is having a better and more productive Monday than I have had so far
Cheers chums

My son and i both prefer toad-in-hole

Still like sausages and yorkshire pudding though. I do find that TITH is normally slightly soggier and less crispy, but that could just be me overdoing to batter quantity

Hello Strangers!!
Firstly, I hope all is well with everyone as I haven't read the threads for a while. I have had a few PM's and just wanted to thank them special people.
My health is still up and down, but Im still breathing, so doing okay:D My consultant has asked me to see another consultant abroad, so may be making plans to go out and visit to call on his expertise. We shall see and TBH, I can't see it doing any harm.
DD started college today:eek::eek::eek:....where does the time go? Can you remember she was off to secondary school? She is doing very well and we're so proud of her. She's starting an OU course in January and this will be a 6th of her degree. Her and her BF are still going strong and he's such a lovely lad and really takes care of her.
Im still saving the pennies when I can and still using voucher codes and using Quidco for everything. Also still do the meal plans. We are also moving soon.
Anyway, take care everyone and I will try harder to look in more.
