Does anyone have ideas on how to tell her that her parents have annoyed me? Basically Ive been thinking and it has got to me!
Her boss tried sending me back home because I disrupt her team because she is happy. oh lord!0 -
It's simple. You say: 'I feel that your parents were intrusive and rude to me. I'm upset'.
But before you do that, consider a response in case she says: 'For goodness sake - can't you take a joke? They didn't expect you to give answers!'
I got the sense that there was some teasing going on - you say that they were telling you about her fads and previous boyfriends and that she was cringing. I'm surprised that they didn't go the whole hog and show you photos of her in her birthday suit as a baby!
Or dad could just be very, very thick.
Or he was testing you to see whether you were, indeed, the Truth Machine.0 -

Just had a word she kept apologising and saying her father wants to know as he doesn't want her going to with poor people. Apparently he approves of me.
She was cringing about the boyfriends as her dad was saying others were better and such. That I am not as good as others. really horrible.
She said she doesn't want to loose me over this and she will sort it! What could she mean.
So do you guys think its moving too fast?0 -

Which means you really need to cool it at work. To absolute zero. You do NOT want a lothario reputation stalking you round the company.
I don't see why you ever need to meet the parents again until it's proposing time. What are you, fifteen?Debt free 4th April 2007.

I wasn't in the office much today and when I am I only see her at breaks I don't go out onto shop floor. Apparently she said "Are you happy because of him. I'll send him back to manchester"
SHe then wrote a report saying I was distrupting shop floor. when I was in a meeting with my boss.0 -
Therefore, stop seeing her at breaks. Career vs a month long relationship with an over keen girl with mad parents...

I assume your g/f told you this and (a) you've not spoken to the manager and (b) haven't seen the so-called report.
She likes to get you worried, doesn't she?
If you have seen the report or manager has raised concerns about you to your face - what are you doing about it?0 -

I don't get worried about work I get worried outside. As for breaks She comes up to our office and sits with us and such. I don't mind, just her boss winds me up.0 -
Am I clear here - you have a new g/f and one of the first things you do is raise a greivance about her boss?
You really know how to stir it.... do you like drama?
"Least said, soonest mended."
And get g/f out of the tea room! Every post you write she sounds more like trouble. Don't you know any slightly more mature girls away from the workplace? Second bit of advice
