    I've bagged up 5 bin bags today to go to the charity shop.

    Cleared van out although I'll probably fill it again soon.


    Still not feeling too good so I'm off to the Doctor tomorrow.

  • im back from monging it at my parents again today. DS2 and i were tired so we went for a nap in a single bed at their house. owie doesnt cme close to how i felt when i woke up!

    home now kiddies in bed and ive managed to do the small lot of dishes needed done and hoovered (using my left hand - that was an experience seeing as im totally right handed!!) folded a load of towels and now sat down waiting to get the energy to pick up the packet of pringles from the kitchen and get munching lol

    I'm off on a HHC now as haven't done much today apart from feed family, etc

    I have been busy this weekend rearranging things & I hope it's paid off & we're making better use of the space we have, been doing some decluttering too but lots more to be done still!

    My achievements this week:-
    Monday ~ Living Room, Hall and Stairs
    Level 1
    [STRIKE]Vacuum floors and sofas[/STRIKE]
    Wipe and water plants
    Level 2
    [STRIKE]Dusting, even if around everything [/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Remove clutter making sure stairs especially are safe [/STRIKE]
    Clean TV, [STRIKE]other electricals[/STRIKE] and cabinets
    Level 3
    [STRIKE]Wipe light switches, sockets (make sure they are not switched on!!) [/STRIKE]and banister
    Clean any other glass like mirrors, pictures etc
    [STRIKE]Tidy shoes[/STRIKE], coats and bags .. Sort through a handbag

    Extra
    1. [STRIKE]Paperwork clearance.. spend 15 minutes minimum sorting through those piles of paper.[/STRIKE]
    2. Vacuum under furniture you can manage to move without hurting yourself
    3. Clean a window or two.
    4. [STRIKE]Binbag dance[/STRIKE]
    Tuesday ~ Master bedroom and Landing
    Level One
    [STRIKE]Declutter the floor![/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Vacuum the floors[/STRIKE]
    Level Two
    Strip and wash bedding and remake bed.. do you need the duvet back on yet?
    [STRIKE]Clear the floordrobe!.. are there any summery things that are past their best that you can fling?[/STRIKE]
    Declutter and wipe the bedside tables... or whatever area you use as a dumping ground!
    Level Three
    [STRIKE]Dust and deweb.. don't forget the bedframe[/STRIKE] and light fitting!
    Polish any glass bits.. table tops, lamps, mirrors etc
    Sort through a box of guff

    Extras
    1. wash any windows and sills
    2. binbag dance
    3. HHI.. and put it away!
    4. Wipe any grotty paintwork!
    Wednesday ~ Kitchen & Dining Room
    Level One
    [STRIKE]Declutter worksurfaces[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Sweep and mop floors[/STRIKE]
    Level Two
    [STRIKE]Wipe worksurfaces and see if you can do those small appliances on the way round[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]Wipe fronts of units and large appliances[/STRIKE]
    Run the large appliances through a clean cycle
    Level Three
    Clean out the fridge
    [STRIKE]Wipe the hob[/STRIKE] and oven
    Clean the table and replace cloth if needed

    Extras
    1. Wash windows
    2. Clear and wipe all sills
    3. Wash any blinds/curtains that are in need
    4. HHI
    Thursday ~ bathroom and study
    Level One

    [STRIKE]Declutter floors[/STRIKE]
    Mop or vacuum as appropriate
    Level Two
    [STRIKE]Empty and wash out bins.. to make it worth while you should fill them first! [/STRIKE]
    Scrub bath, tiles, shower head.. you all read the link I hope?!.. sinks toilets keyboards mouses etc...
    [STRIKE]Defrag pc.. delete 50 unwanted emails[/STRIKE] and 10 dead/unused links
    Level Three
    Clear the desk of gibble and give it a dust as you dust and deweb the rooms
    Wash the shower curtain/baths mats etc if required
    Shine any mirrors and clear mantels
    Extras
    1. Wipe radiators, shelves and paintwork
    2. Wash windows if needed
    3. Clean any chairs in these rooms
    4. 15 minutes filing & shredding
    Friday ~ Kiddies rooms, Spare rooms or another neglected room
    Level One
    [STRIKE]Declutter[/STRIKE] and vacuum the floor
    Tidy away all the toys and clothes and games and books that are in the wrong places
    Level Two
    Strip and wash bedding and replace with clean.. vacuum and turn mattresses if needed
    Wash any other soft furnishings.. curtains etc
    Sort through a chest of drawers.. dispose of anything that is outgrown, worn out
    Level Three
    Dust and deweb
    Wipe over the bedframes and paintwork
    Binbag dance!
    Extras
    1. Wash windows and sills
    2. Wipe all the upstairs doors.. both sides!
    3. Sort through one box or drawer filled with miscellaneous gibble.. from any room.. it just needs it!!
