    Uniform Washer
    Have decluttered breakfast
    Done the dishes
    Filled mop bucket with bleach
    bleached out two storage buckets which had been in the garage
    Washed LO pillow
    Transferred pillow to TD
    Refilled WM
    Managed to get PC working!!
    Located external harddrive at PC world online and have reserved for collection - need to back it up, before I switch off as one day soon its not going to come back on again! :eek:

    LR tidied of LO toys... should be able to get the hoover round soon :)

  • i know you are being cautious with it, but dont be to cautious as the doctor wouldnt have given you that perscription and dosage schedule if he didnt think you needed it. if its long term pain that you have, my osteopath suggested i talk to my doc about antidepressants, as there have been studies that show that a low dose antidepressant actually has benefits as being a painkiller in long term persistant pain cases.

    its only for a couple of weeks till i get to see my physio. i cant get in with her till the 27th though i am down for a cancelation should one arrise.

    i prefer not to take any tablets for anything unless absoloutly necessary and was told if i dont feel i need it dont take it.

    I have completely wasted the day so far, but thoroughly enjoyed it. Time to get going though, and get some stuff done now.

    Be careful with the medical advice as we are not allowed to give any however well meant.

    Mostly lurking, have been struggling with a flare up so little cleaning going on until the last couple of days. Most of downstairs is done, still lots to do upstairs sadly.

    DH making lots of progress with plastering and stuff, plus a trip to the tip yesterday that has made the patio look a lot better.

    Doglets fed and walked, garden tidied (whole wheely bin full of garden refuse ready to put out tomorrow night), mushroom risotto made and eaten, now need to check the scary place that is my email inbox.:eek:
