Hi, I went to Dublin last Thursday and again Monday this week and loads of pubs in Temple Bar have live music in the afternoons, some from 2 or 3 pm, I suggest you pop down there for a late lunch and have a listen to some good music whilst there.....along with a pint of Guinness.....

    Have a great day out....

    Hi.

We're (5 of us) going to Frankfurt on the 1st. Another person who was meant to come with us has pulled out, so is it best to just not do anything about this and leave just the 5 of us checking in at the airport and have her down as a no show at the airport? Don't wanna be paying any cancellation fees, that's all!

Thanks for this - we have just booked flights back from Barcelona on the next day rather than making it just a one day visit. Found a great 4* hotel too. Just won't show up for the original flight home. Total cost of flights for 6 people was 74 euros including credit card charges.

enjoy! we got a free hotel from easyjethotels cos over the overprice,so el cheapo weekend for us.

Can anybody offer me some advice?

One person who is due to fly can't come, will we get charged if we change it online? If she doesn't turn up at airport nothing happens, so that's best option right?

I would check with Ryanair. A few years ago we were going to America with Virgin and there was snow. Only 3 of us went to check in out of a party of 5 whilst the others parked the car. We were not allowed to check in without the full party being present. So it may be all or none - so definately check in case there are problems.

However, with us, the other 2 members were intending to make that flight.

Just do nothing. It will be a no show and Ryanair will pocket the pennies you paid for that ticket. They will not chase you for any money.

You'll be looking worse for wear if you keep testing the pubs in Dublin :rotfl:

did my 2p day trip to lubeck yesterday, excellend value. just a note of caution (dunno if anyone else has noted this) ryanair are blocking off first 6 rows on the plane and overwing exit deats claiming that they are needed to be clear for safe take off and landing.

so anyone thinking of booking prioroty boarding take heed that you will probably get the same seats as everyone else.

finally, worring that ryainair are running the planes on such a shoestring they have to prevent people sitting on some areas of the plane!

    next stop Barcelona!
