    Just emailed HSBC at [EMAIL="servicequality@hsbc.com"]servicequality@hsbc.com[/EMAIL] to see whats going on. Not holding my breath for a response, but could do with paying off the creditors that are constantly ringing at the moment!

    good luck hope you hear somthing soon, im going to give them a ring tommorow and see if they have started processing yet, as they recived it on the 7th so thats giving them a week to at least be doing something, i know other banks are taking longer and ppl may think were over reacting, but when your told 7-10 and we have been waiting since 2010 you expect HSBC to get a move on :mad:

    They only received my acceptance yesterday but I am also logging on to check several times per day

    Day 6 - no payment as of yet, and still no replies from both emails and a secure message on their online banking. Starting to think I've been conned!

    I can appreciate their offices are busy but they are there to offer a service.

    I feel a little left out in the cold !!
