Well after a week of feeling ill, I'm hoping this week will be more productive.
Have done a spot of christmas shopping with OH this morning, so the list is getting shorter. Need to do a final check on what we need and hunt down the best prices/gifts as the sooner it's all done, the sooner I can get back to debt busting. LOL
We've also been into the bank and started the ball rolling on the other PPI claim (only have 2 as we never take it. tut, tut on those banks), we've both phoned the tax office too so we can get our uniform allowance, mine starts this year as I've not had to wear uniform for long, but hubby gets his backdated so that should be a little bit.
I've also just got another voucher from surveys....took a while for that one to add up, but glad it now has. right off to see if I can start my productivity streak before I've got to get the kids.You have to start to finish.

Well done on the voucher from surveys AH. I've practically given up hope of ever seeing a voucher as it takes so long to reach the payout levels, lol

I find it depends on what site.
Toluna is the best for me, I do it every night, polls, quick surveys and full surveys until it lets me do no more...I've had 2 x £15 vouchers (yet to arrive) and am well on my way to the third. This was helped by a mobile phone app one though that provided ALOT of points.
Valued opinions took ages and sort of crept up on me....only just got £10 though.
It's the extras that add up, I'm on an opinion forum now that has just been extended for another week but will get me £65 in total when done - was through Toluna I think. They are the ones i live for. :rotfl:
One poll is slow and tedious, but will be a nice payout when it does most of the others I seem to get screened out of more than in, but I'm to stubborn to give up. (apart from maybe woohoo, not been on for AGES...)
Oh and another £5 one I got was from the TV one, not won anything on the monthly draws, but as I don't watch to much tele it's quick to do.
Just got another forum request tonight too, which will hopefully get me about £10 a month as long as I go on once a week. Keep at it....things will start paying out soon enough. I just do it all while watching the tele. Gotta love multitasking.
Right seen as my NPower £1 a roll insulation turned up today and I've only got 5/12 rolls in the loft so far I'd better move my bum and see how many more I can get up there before OH finally gets home and can help me.You have to start to finish.

I'm still here. :wave:
Plodding along as normal. Hubby gets paid tomorrow but no overtimeso after chatting last night we think it might be time to go strict budget..we've not done it before. :eek: time will tell how that turns out.
Anywhoo, not a lot left in the bank and one day to go.....the 'savings pot' is untouched though, our emergency money hasn't been needed for a change.
Just got a travel lodge room for £12 though. :T I've only been trying for the past 2-3 sales. That's the Panto in January sorted which is a lovely trip away.
Now I'm off for 2 days after working 9 days straight I have a few things to do.....lets see if a list will help.
* [STRIKE]Sort out Lanterns for PTA ready for selling after school[/STRIKE]
* [STRIKE]Fill in sons trip form to take in when I pick him up[/STRIKE]
* Washing - I'm always washing - [STRIKE]2nd[/STRIKE], 3rd Load in.
* Clean Bathroom
* Clean our Room
* Clean sons room
* Clean Girls room
* Hoover HSL
* Clean/dust hall
* Clean front room
* Clean Kitchen
* Sort paperwork
* Organise a budget.
* Send PTA Emails
I'll add to as time goes on and memory becomes clearer I'm sure. Off to make a start, easy stuff first.You have to start to finish.

Thank you Aiming High. I have been reading Martins Tips for a while and not acting on anything as I kept getting lost and totally exhausted whilst following links to links to links to links......
This week I discovered this £10 a day savings and immediately saved it to my homepage, so even if I go astray, each time I turn my laptop on, up it comes. This morning just after 5am I turned my laptop on and decided to read a few of the trails. I stopped at yours and was immediately inspired to join the forum.
Its time to log off and get ready for work now, but I will return to continue reading your diary.

Thank you so much. You've put a big smile on my face.
I too trailed from link to link but after days of getting lost I've settled down to a few forums and a few challenges. Survey sites still get me lost, but I have my few that I plow on with an visit others on occasion.
My aim is one at a time, and to not let things get on top of me. Saying that I'd better get on with my list from yesterday, as I just pottered then, and I NEED to get the house cleaned today, if not only for my sanity. :eek:
The thing with me is not to give up after a setback, if I settle back into old ways we'll never be free.You have to start to finish.
