  • Well, when things look on the up, or on an even keel things crop up...... £100 on a part for the car. :(

Pasta for tea kids? I've just been asda and I'm hoping it will last til a week on Tuesday, as the bank is very empty til then, good job I've got most stuff for DD1 as it's her birthday on Tuesday.

MIL has offered the give us the money/loan us it - not sure which, if we get short before next payday, part of me wants to get through it though, with minimal damage to the CC (which I'm sure will happen slightly).

I can't wait for Christmas as I love it, but roll on afterwards when we can do some serious damage control on this debt.

  • Hi

I'm fine thanks, plodding along, things are tight again at the moment with having the buy the part for the car and having to get a puncture repaired too...we've NOT borrowed it off MIL but have put a couple of bits on the CC - just need to get through til Tuesday and things will get easier.

I realise that debts aren't going to get much better til after christmas but we will keep on top of minimum payments (plus the one we pay extra on already) so things will go down at least albeit slowly.

I need to check we haven't got more for eBay soon, tackle the DVD draw I think.
