I just ring and she say she cannot see any application. she said she only sees live account not application and said she would transfer me. I said no thanks cos its obvious a decline.
I then ask if I had a cpd marker like I reed on mse and she said no. I say can I increase my overdraught then and she says not yet. Strange. Me think they know more than they tell me. lol
trust a bank? always hah0 -
I have Halifax reward account and I can see the option of upgrade to Ultimate reward account on their website. When I click on on upgrade link, it presents pre-contract information screen along with planned overdraft amount.
Last week when they were making changes, it didn't let me upgrade.0 -
