Do you know in the upgrade part, is this credit scored to upgrade or automatic?

    Automatic if you are Eligible;)
  • I just ring and she say she cannot see any application. she said she only sees live account not application and said she would transfer me. I said no thanks cos its obvious a decline.

I then ask if I had a cpd marker like I reed on mse and she said no. I say can I increase my overdraught then and she says not yet. Strange. Me think they know more than they tell me. lol

    trust a bank? always hah

you mean if it gives me the opportunity to click upgrade? When I do this all accounts flash up now, yesterday had just silver today has all the currant accounts available except my RCA that I already have
  • I have Halifax reward account and I can see the option of upgrade to Ultimate reward account on their website. When I click on on upgrade link, it presents pre-contract information screen along with planned overdraft amount.

Last week when they were making changes, it didn't let me upgrade.

When you say "not yet" do you mean no marker yet or you cant increase your overdraft yet ?

she said no, you cannot change it (od) for a year so I ask why, did I have a lloyds cpd marker and she say no its set at that.

I not believe her cos its never set like that for a year is it? Or is it?

Mine is on BOS and lets me select an upgrade to silver, but that cos they not do URCA. On halifax side when I log in and click upgrade it logs me off.
