So the neighbour is parking her car legally and she is in the wrong?

The neighbour is parking within 32 feet of a junction so not legal, no.
Science adjusts its views based on what's observed.
Faith is the denial of observation, so that belief can be preserved.

What do you know about morals?

You thank srtider when he suggests damaging the car is the way forward.

I did no such thing? :(

I was merely pointed out that leaving your car where it's likely to get damaged, is just asking for trouble.
What sane person would leave their car in a known vulnerable position? Especially after the problem has been bought to their attention!

It's only like your neighbour coming round and saying "I wouldn't park on that corner if I were you, the scrotes from the local pub have been known to damage cars on their way home."
“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

Remember that the op has no give right to park outside his home address.:D

    Where's the beatdeadhorse5.gifemoticon.

Do you understand the word morally big fella?

    A question specifically for you then;

Would you deliberately park somewhere you were legally entitled to, but knowing that you had a safer alternative, and also knowing that by doing so you were seriously inconveniencing someone else and risking retaliatory damage to your own car??

Dress it up how you wish but it's not a legal question.
I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)

Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed

Maybe you read it like that, but it can also mean that the OP can do it by accident when trying to get in.Personally, I wouldn't leave my car where it was likely to get damaged.
And no, I don't condone vandalism of other peoples property.

Everyone suggesting that the OP damages the car is forgetting something. The car owner knows where the OP lives, whats stopping her damaging the OP's car or even house in response? Shes already shown she isn't afraid to stand up for herself so I'd think it likely she'd be willing to get some sort of revenge.

Who are you the derbyshire moral plod? Guess you need to vent on a forum when the specials turned you down.

The neighbour obviously thinks she is parking in a safe position.

Do you have a thing about men in uniforms?
You always seem to be imagining eveyone wants to dress up as emergency services?
  • I've seen this before where someone who doesn't have a car allows a neighbour to park outside their drive/access/space/whatever. Then when they move and someone else moves in who does have a car and wants to use their drive/access/space/whatever, they can't. Because the neighbour still thinks they have the right to park there because the previous occupant allowed them.
