Lovely names make me wise! Do you have any back up boys names just in case? A friend of a friend of a friend was told she was having twin girls and out popped twin boys!!!!!Thank you to everyone for sharing competitions!0

I know someone whose daughters are called Grace and Serenity.0

My name is Grace and I get called Grace all the time, but sometimes I get called Gracie as a moochy term and I love being called by both names.
PS.. seen Grace and favour mentioned on a couple of posts, what does that mean?0 -

:eek:_pale_
This would be my worst nightmare. Dont think I will mention it to dh as he is already nearly grey, having spent weeks thinking up girls names. If they pop out as boys they will have to be baby 1 and baby 2 for a bit whilst we play the naming game again.0 -

I believe it means being in with The Royal Family, eg - you may well have an apartment in Kensington Palace or a nice little country pile which belongs to the Queen, in which you are allowed to live rent free. This would be Termed Grace and Favour.0 -

. DH is panicking that they may have missed an extra heartbeat. I am having regualr scans and there are definately just the two of them snugged up in there (cant see there would be room for a third).
So lovely for your brother that his nieces' initials spell out his name. Bet he was chuffed when you did that for him
No, she's just a Tilly, although my brother does call her Matilda (trying to annoy me!). My poor OH didn't have a choice in her name, as I decided 12 years ago whilst walking in the sea in Cyprus that if ever I had a daughter, then that's what she'd be called. Luckilly, he loved it! Yes, I think Tim's really proud of her initials - he loves her so much but unfortunately, lives over 200 miles away from us, so doesn't see her often!
Good luck with the rest of the pregnancy! x0 -

Bet you cant wait to be a grandad. How lovely that she is having a boy. Send her my best wishes wont you and please keep us all up to date and definately let us know when baby arrives

Thanks Make-me-wise.
Yes , I am getting more excited by the day , cant wait to be a Grandad!
Toni is doing really well , all the sickness has passed and she is blooming. Im so very proud of her. Her BF has come round and decided that he would like to be with Toni and their Son so at the min although he wasnt overly excited at the start - Im sure you remember so of our storey - he seems to be a lot more involved. If my Daughter is happy then I am happy and at the min she is on cloud nine.
The docs have moved her dates a few times and so at the min she is due *sometime* around mid December.
All the best with your pregnancy , cant be easy for you carrying twins but it will all be worth it when you hold them in your arms0 -
As you appear to prefer 'Gracie' to 'Grace', what about 'Florrie' (rather than Florence)? Both names are from same era, and I think they complement each other well.0
-
Florrie and Grace are amazing names, love love love them. However I saw OP has picked her names, lovely choice by the way OP. Good luck with your remaining weeks.0

Gorgeous choices OP!
By coincidence you started this thread on my twins birthday and my eldest is named Grace, our next daughter is named Hope!
Enjoy your twins, it is really special to have two babies at the same time and you are in for a lot of fun! Have you ventured over to twinsclub.co.uk yet, friendly forums and lots of birth stories etc xxx0
