  • Our DD is Tilly Isobel Martha. Was just going to be Tilly Martha, but when I was expecting, my brother (Tim) kept asking how baby Tim was. I told him that he'd had 2 sons and hadn't called either of them Tim, so he needn't think I'd call my child after him. Became a standing joke, so when we found out we were having a girl, she became Tilly Isobel Martha, so she was baby TIM!
  • What about Hannah (means 'grace' in Hebrew)? I think Gracie/Grace and Hannah sound nice together.

I really like the names you've chosen OP :D

I have an unusal first name which is also spelt in an unusual way - my parents were well ahead of their time in the "cool" spellings of names. I grew into my name and like it now but hated it when younger.

I'm pregnant at the moment and we intend to stay team yellow all the way (an added incentive to push ;)) and we've picked the names for a boy or girl. We've used names we both liked for the first name and family names for the middle names. Hopefully they will suit when Elvis does arrive as otherwise we may have a problem :rotfl:

That is a beautiful name, is Tilly short for Matilda? I have a little girl called Matilda (Tilly for short) in the class I teach. If it turns out that Im expecting 3 instead of 2 then Im going to shamelessly steal that name :D. DH is panicking that they may have missed an extra heartbeat. I am having regualr scans and there are definately just the two of them snugged up in there (cant see there would be room for a third).

So lovely for your brother that his nieces' initials spell out his name. Bet he was chuffed when you did that for him :)
