    Brilliant stuff Adrian...

Guess what happened to me? I had my first jog this am with no voices...

Okay so I was up in the middle of the night and went jogging just after 6  but it was so much more fun without the voices and like I loved the wind in my hair...

I also got an armband for my MP3 player the other week really cheap off ebay (my MP3 player is a fossilized brick but still works and I love it :D)....so yeah fab time...

Bit worried about my debt busting with holidays coming up but anyhow. Have £100 spare out of budget for holidays and a weekly budget of £60 basic for accomodation and food.....which should be enough. Apart from having to eat out the first 2 days cos like I'm in the midget hotel in Edinburgh. Will get good breakfast etc and try and get some cheesy bread or something...or even a cheap sandwich from Mr. S for lunch....(they're only £1) then there's subway round the corner for dinner and I'm still topping up my S card so like that should help :)...free coffee :D and get some bananas which should keep in there...

Though bit worried about how I'm going to find the flat after with the adjusting in heating ...everyone up here has their heating on right now bar me LOL....refuse to put it on just yet. It's only october after all. Wait till November or it snows before I put the heating on I figure. Did that one year and almost got hypothermia LOL.....

    Will pray Adrian...

    When do you start counselling?

I was so tired yesterday PM and evening. Got quite anxious with the tiredness :(...

Have you tried the snowball calculator on http://www.whatsthecost.com/snowball.aspx

    Really good :)

So yeah no £100 spare on holidays :(...has to go on debt....If I'm lucky I will save £40 out of the grocery budget this week and next an d £30 of that will pay for hostel in Glasgow :money:

So yeah just trying to reestablish am routine......It does me so much good :D

And I think I've pulled a muscle in my thigh jogging :( (thursday is going to be so tiring with jogging @ 7.30am and then knitting late at night)

    Brilliant news Adrian :j

I only got 4 hours sleep last night due to nicotine overdose trying to make a 'tank' out of a plastic bottle for e-cig and it leaking and going everywhere...

Have lowered nic concentration so apart from being symptomatic due to tiredness should be okay in a day or two

    Och brilliant Adrian

Am nicely recovering from my nic overdose and my lil mama tank came today and it's lovely...

Just need more baby wipes for wee accidents (slight nicotine everywhere)...okay so I managed to get about 2 ml on my skirt this am but not on my hands (literal spill) so no worries...

Everyone have a good weekend...it's looks bracing out there
