  • Well i definately had a lovely night last night i spent a couple of hours with my friend and returning back home about midnight it was lovely to talk and share what has been going on in my life and admitting that i am in debt. Today has been a lovely day for me, i love hanging out with my daughter todays activities today have all been free firstly i went for a walk to the local train museum they had a couple of exhibits on display it killed a wee bit of time and we went to the park afterwards. My daughter gave me an idea of the next activity, it was brilliant, 'Dad i want to go Conkering like how my friends do' it was brill we collected quite a few and we had fun and a laugh when my daughter destroyed mine. When i collect my daughter from school tomorrow my plans are to start making a kite we will see how that goes i like making things!!! We also went to the local nature park to see if there is any activities on during Autumn/winter we have found a moth and bat night on 22 August with free soup and buns yum we will give that a try.

Currently my debt stands at £4895.78
    I have made £288.98 with Topcashback.co.uk
I have saved £300.00 with Christians Against Poverty.
And i have £120.00 left in my bank account.

One thing i have started to do is join the wonderful challenges on MSE

I have a sealed pot which i am going to open December 31st 2012
I have another sealed pot which I put £1 a day in this will be opened December31st 2012 which i have started today

    Och brilliant for you...

Am cheating and cutting and pasting my news (from the WW thread)

Currently the house is stinking of epoxy due to trying to repair my e-cig (it was cheaper than sending it away though now I think I should have as the wires are not soldered into the connector for the mouthpiece)...

Made a lovely sunflower roast on Saturday and it does 6 portions :)...Yum...Had it with pots (out of a tin) and frozen peas and gravy... Yum yum yum...No mayo. Mayo really is my downfall right now. So have gotten in pittas and salad and houmous for lunch. Hopefully that should be better for me :D

And need to start cooking again for self so that's this week's target. Never mind therapy routines. Cooking :)..

Hope you have a good day Adrian and any other DFW's with depression...

    Hugs

Och brilliant Adrian...So pleased for you. Sorry about the man flu though..Hugs....

Take it easy if you can...

Had a major whoopsie with the e-cig yesterday. But today is food shop day today and am so going to like buy washing up liquid (just can't live without it I've discovered after 10 months) and start cooking. Also got up today @ 8am :D. So that's an improvement. Tomorrow I have to get up at 7.30 as I have a manicure @ 9.15...(£6 at the college). Today is hair cut day (£5.50 @ the college - it's just next door) so yeah....

These next two weeks I'm concentrating on cooking and eating and then routines can come after that. Hopefully my wee holiday beginning of november won't muck that up. I have to study for my ECDL and a few admin courses at some point at home

  • It seems strange really i have had three days away from Money Saving Expert and it feels like a lifetime i have really missed the chatter and looking at threads well i am just recovering after having the dreaded Man flu i have felt pretty rubbish over the last couple of days but i am back and ready to take on the world, well its a couple of more days left and i am back at work to be honest i cant wait to get back and earn money. During my holidays I have decided that i am going to apply for a job closer to home this alone could save me £1200.00 a year alone in petrol i have seen a job that interests me so i have applied, fingers crossed i could be lucky. Whilst i have been away i have had some good news my appointment has come through for counselling i cant wait to get the things of my chest, my father paid me the ultimate compliment tonight he said that my character has completly change and i do agree i am a lot happier i have lost two stone in weight and i am proud to be dealing with my debts, onwards and upwards i go no looking back 444 days to go until i am debt free

    Och fabulous Adrian...

You never know you could make huge strides in counselling :)

I got CBT earlier this year for my relationship with my family and then Ma and I had a fab holiday this year due to that (6 months later)...

Don't mention the e-cig or the printer (see my post on Techie stuff under what printer) - swear words..

Only bit of good news re the e-cig is that I got purple end caps today from china and they look fab with the big one....

So yeah...had paranoia on Wednesday and tuesday so didn't make the manicure etc....

But deffo out and about again now :D
