I've mailed Mutual about 4 times now telling them that they haven't credited my account with my points, it hasn't got me anywhere so I'm seriously considering ditching them. Shame really as I made £60 last year.

Sorry if someone has posted on this earlier (do not have time to read all) but there used to be two separate reward systems with different cash values (points vs. shares?? but after they stopped issuing the actual shares) and they have probably consolidated by now.

i've not had any points added since April 2nd. is anyone else having this problem?

very slow getting points added, particularly PriceRunner again, this is what I have been credited despite doing the maximum most days apart from the last couple of days......hope it picks up soon

It's the same for me again - very hit and miss.

I've been completing support tickets left, right and centre and I get the same, standard response each time. "There is nothing wrong with the system, as others are receiving their points."

This is a very stupid reply, as there is obviously something amiss.

I'm going to work up to the 3000 point barrier then close the account.

I've said this before, but this time I mean it!

I also hadn't had any points credited since 2nd April. Yesterday all the missing Kelkoo points were added and they have also added yesterday's Kelkoo points today. However no Pricerunner points have been credited.

I emailed a couple of days ago but no reply received yet. It's obvious that there is something wrong with their system.

If everyone who is missing points contacts them, possibly they will do something about this.

Same here - had kelkoo points but no pricerunner ones. I have just emailed mutual points as requested by libra10. Will let you know if I get a reply. 2 points a day is going to take a mighty long time to build up!

I finally ditched them as I'd had hardly any points since Christmas, I did mail them on many occasions but it didn't do any good :rolleyes:

This thread is massive so havent read all of it but are you actually able to cash points in for stuff? or is it a site rewarding with points just for the sake of it?
