My account was set to three emails a day, and then the emails stopped
At first my settings hadn't changed (i kept checking)... Just been on though and apparently I had "unsubscribed to all mutualpoints mailings"!... so I have just re-subscribed following their "click here" (on my account page)...

This happened to me as well. I contacted mutual points who tried to sort it. In the end i just opened another email account and changed my email address on mutual points. Started getting click through emails again. my exixting balance just transferred with me.

I have a different problem with them. i'm getting the emails but when I click on them (or even if I buy anything) the points show in my account but the total doesnt change! I had 175 points, booked a holiday and it showed I got 375 points but yet the total still showed 175! I emailed them about it explaining when I buy or click on emails the total didnt change and they just sent me the standard email as if points were missing, asking how I bought the item, when etc. They dont seem to get they change in my account but just dont add to the total. I just logged into my mutual points after about 2 years and decided to try to boost my points for a payout. I signed up to synovate and the 300 points were credited overnight. I have never known this to happen so quickly with this or any or the other cashback sites.

Still no emails coming throughunfortunately! I may try emailing them, or changing my email see if I can get anything through...
I waited for pending points to clear, and now they have.... YEY! I requested my first cheque last week :T0 -

My query is how come I no longer get the no longer get the offer emails (eg Lexmark - 5 points for looking at this message), Ive been a member for apr 18mths and yet get no additional emails, yet my profile is ticked for upto 3 a day,

It's nice to see someone around for MP:D as although they reply to your emails they just keep saying that everything is fine when it clearly ain't0
