I haven't had any reward mails from mutual points since 4th April. I keep checking my account and I'm subscribed to all mails with the "3 mails a day" option checked. Have just looked on the site to confirm and they are still all checked.

Any ideas Adi?

Snowy_toes: glad the site's working again, computers can be funny things, sometimes all it takes is a bit of time and they're working again.

dingling: if you pm me your account details (email) I'll have a look into things for you. Sometimes with reward mails if they aren't read for a while or they go into the junk folder we automatically stop sending them otherwise we get in trouble with the email companies (hotmail et al). That may be what's happened with you. Adding [EMAIL="support@mutualpoints.com"]support@mutualpoints.com[/EMAIL] to your safe list always helps. Nevertheless, ping your details over and I'll have a look for you

BTW could someone tell me where it says if points are pending? I usually go to my page and click on shopping but never see anything pending.
