Thanks, I'll need to know your account details to check up. If you pm them over I'll look into things for you0 -
Pricerunner hasn't tracked for me for a couple of days. Is it just me, or are others having problems?
Also, where is the Tesco Saver offer? I can't seem to find it... Thanks.0 -
Sometimes tracking can take a few days to catch up with itself and you'll then get a splurge. On the subject of Pricerunner the following should be noted by all Pricerunner users.

Hi Adi
Any chance of getting ebay as a merchant!! xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Hello
It's quite a complicated issue but I'll try and explain as easily as possible.
In the days when we used to have eBay as a merchant they ran their marketing scheme on a network. Similar in a way to how MutualPoints works for you. Lots of companies grouped together and you can promote them all from one place. In those days they paid us based on the first purchase a user made on eBay and it was nice and easy to associate each purchase with the MutualPoints member that made it.
Recently however they've moved off of the network and run a solo marketing scheme. Ordinarily that wouldn't be too much of a problem, Amazon do the same for instance and we've run them for donkey's years. However they also changed the money they offer us to promote them and the way they offer it. The payment became a lot more complicated and it became much (much) trickier for us to assign each purchase to a MP member to then give them their cashback.
I think that about covers it. If I havn't explained things too well do feel free to ask questions0 -

Yes, it's not ideal but we will be trying our hardest to figure things out and get them back on the site, as they're a great brand and all.0
