  • My mutual points dont seem to register quite a lot these days. I'm not sure why... I hope my centrebet points track as I'm due 2,250 points for signing up and placing a bet!

    hello, noticed recently that anything I buy through Mutual Points, the points are no longer added automatically, eg next, play, hmv. Anyone else experiencing this ?
  • Hi Vansell. Sorry to hear that you've had problems with tracking. I wrote a few tips to help members out on the MutualPoints blog recently that may help you out.

    If you're doing all of those things then one final thing I can suggest is patience. We rely on the retailer to track things correctly, they may have a returns policy in place so won't pay us until that period has expired and so on. It's not ideal for either ourselves or yourselves but these things can take a little longer than we'd both like. We normally suggest a 60 day 'window' after purchase to receive your commission to take account of all eventualities that are outside of our control.

    mutual points is a good site but lately there has been very bad inconsistency in rewarding the daily searches. sometimes my searches are NEVER rewarded although i go through the trouble to use their partner sites. this has happened in the past but not as bad so i let it slip but now i haven't been rewared for like a 2 week period even though i've been using it correctly and doingit daily. I've emailed mutual points before but they seem to be fobbing me off and asking for very specific details such as day and time of each and every search but how are you supposed to remember if it was done months ago? it's ridicous! they just want you to forget about it and go away. i've emailed them a couple a times but still waiting for a reply.:confused:
