is anyone experiencing difficulty getting reward points for items purchased through mutual points sites. I have been ordering from sites such as dvd.co.uk / next / firebox and clicking through the mutual links. No rewards have been added automatically and after 45 days i have had to chase mutual points for these. Is anyone else experiencing this problem ?0 -

Is this the only site you are using and are any other clicks going through ok like pricerunner and kelkoo? as if these are working the others should be too. If they aren't you might have a problem with tracking.
I was just wondering if you are new to cashback sites and aware of how to get things to track?Thanx

I have been using mutual points for 2 years now but have noticed over the recent few months that the reward points either take a long time or don't arrive at all. However all advice will be greatfully received.

ive also been a member of mutual points for almost a year now & recently noticed ive not been rewarded for shopping searches for almost a month, has anyone else had similiar problems??

I've only been getting 10 points daily since Christmas and that's if I'm lucky.0

I seem to be receiving the daily searches, 5 x 5 points for Pricerunner and also one Kelkoo search daily. Sometimes they take a few days before being added. You usually receive an email from Mutual Points when the points have been added.0

thanks, i used to get credited on a regular basis, i have however chnged computers - might there be seetings within the comp i need to change in order to receive points

My daily searches started coming regular again since the last time I posted here about a week ago. I thought they had pulled their socks up with everyone but it seems others are still having problems.

If you are still having probs and things are still tracking ok on other cashback sites and its just mutualpoints with the problem its prob best to email mutual.
If you have changed anything on your computer recently though it could be that too, any spyware, firewall or browser changes can cause it but they can be oput right if thats the case. I've had it all before when I first started and had to set everything to let things track. I use a separate browser for cashback only nowThanx

I do the daily searchesthe 5 x price runner and 1 x kellko, they usually get credited a couple oftimes a week, tho I have done all the brochere requests bout 2 weeks ago they havent credited.
What I would suggest is open a new spreadsheet, and list all the extras( no daily clicks) that you have done, with date that way you have a better idea of whether there being credited and also if you have to bring it to mutal points attention, then your in a better position as you have dates etc.
