Again they have updated but only with a handfull of kelkoo transactions but there should be 1 kelkoo, 5 pricerunners everyday plus the carsource ones before they ended and a couple of others they have not put on either.
This is the 2nd time since christmas they have not updated for ages and ages then just throw a few in and forget the rest. Very lackadaisy, they used to send conformation emails per transaction but they don't anymore.
Once I reach cashout I'll be leaving them as I don't really trust them anymore, I definitely wouldn't purchase anything through them if they can't update properly, who is going to choose to make a purchase with them when they can go to a different site that will update transactions correctly... They could be on the way out maybe so wouldn't trust it.Thanx

I had some points added manually yesterday. This was because of a "search engine failure".
This seems to contradict the email I had from them, informing me somewhat snottily that there were no system problems.
I think I will cash in and leave too.0 -
I think the person running mutual always sends out ignorant snotty emails and just about totally ignores what you wrote about in the first place, always the same... there are no tracking problems, there are no outstanding points due on your account or there are no system problems and thats itThanx

I contacted them as I hadn't had Pricerunner or Kelkoo points added for about a week. They replied that there were some problems and if the points aren't added within seven days to let them know which points are missing. In the meantime I seem to have received a number of Kelkoo points, but no Pricerunner.0

I seem to of had a massive surge of points added on 2day, I know a while ago they said they were adding points weekly and not daily.xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0
