I've just cashed my points in (£30.00) and will close the account when the cheque arrives.

At the moment, MutualPoints is too unreliable and too much of a hassle to bother with.

Well, I sent them an email last night to see what the problem is with not getting any reward mail since before xmas. Will see if I get a reply and see what it says.

You are all saying abou treceiving the reward emails but no one has told me how to get the points from them. Please can someone say what you are supposed to do with the reward emails? I have only got 10 points for clicking Mutual Points emails and I have been with them since befor Christmas. I do get the reward emails and click oneverything I can see but no points are added.

Points are meant to be added to your account when you make a click through. i.e click on an email. Or when you make a purchase through them on their website. But recently they have been a little slow. Someone on this thread has a spreadsheet of all the click throughs they have done. It is worth emailing them to ask them. I have just had a reply back from the email I sent about not receiving emails from them. The emails that they have sent to my wmail address have being bouncing back to them for some reason.

I dont think that they do a refer a friend scheme.

Does anyone know how long it will take for larger shops to track your goods and to get your points. There are only a few that show on the day that you make a payment but recently they have been a little slow.
