I gave up on these idiots years ago, Topcashback and Quidco are by far the best. I used to use Mutualpoints years ago and they were good but they were going down hill a long time ago, so I moved to topcashback and quidco left over 1000 points in my account and never gonna get em now.


I had a quick look and Mutual points is owned by TMN but the TMN Plc website website is now http://www.progressivedigitalmedia.com/contact-uk.html and the address is the same as that registered to Mutualpoints so in other words Mutualpoints is connected in someway to Progress Digital Marketing (parent or sister company no doubt) but they have a phone number so maybe someone could give them a little call and see whats happening?

If you look back through this thread you will see the history of the business and over the years you have "given up on these idiots" how much free money have you gained by receiving and clicking on links in emails from either of the two you quote? I have never used them for buying through they were always poor value have only ever used them for the emails.

I called Mutual Points (Digital Media) at the end of March. After getting no reply called again and switchboard operator gave me the email id of somebody to contact. Needless to say I've had no reward emails for months, no reply to Support Ticket and no response from the email contact. There must be a lot of points waiting to be cashed. I wonder if somebody could skim them off! Can log in to my account but can't earn the points I need to cashout!

I've been with Mutual Points for years, but haven't been able to log in for at least the last nine months. Nothing happens after I've clicked the forgotten password link. I have sent them many support tickets, emails, and even a letter, and nothing gets replied to. Shortly after they would have received the letter I stopped receiving the reward emails. Coincidence?

I have over 5,000 points and have almost given up on ever seeing the cash. Any suggestions on anything else I could do? By the looks of it they are on the way out.:(

I've no problem with logging into the site, but they no longer reply to tickets. No response in 12 months to 3 messages.


They were also stupid enough to send me an email (re Scottish Power) that when I clicked on it gave me the names, email addresses and home addresses of all its members.


Gave them a chance to address the problem, but as they've ignored it, I've reported it to the Information Commissioner. Probably looking at a very large fine as a result, so there should be some justice in the world!

Mutual Points doesn't seem to have a website anymore so no way to sign in.. All collected points now lost I presume ..

Is the parent company still in business?
Is there any point going to Trading Standards?
They owe me £80. I have contacted them many times , but no reply. It's cant be right that they can get away with this.
