Have just phoned mutualpoints owner (Progressive Digital Media Group) on 0207 936 6400 and asked them what is happening. The chap I spoke to said that they were having technical difficulties. Will give them through to next week to see what happens!0

I had an initial problem getting on the page the other day and then after 3 attempts it went in okay, seems to not want to go in again today, getting the oops message!Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0

Indefensible breach and no one on call to monitor for urgent problems, a simple mistake by someone who I have no doubt will be looking for a new job soon.I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0 -
I have been collecting points by clicking through to websites, and sometimes from purchases. I finally got enough points to claim a reward. The site shows a cheque was sent but nothing arrived. I have tried sending a question (they call it raising a ticket) but never get a reply. Have other people had problems? Is the whole thing a con? If so, other people should be warned.0

All I can say its i got paid recently via cheque took my ages to get enough points and then paid0
