I cant het mutual points to load, is there a problem with the site

Have just phoned mutualpoints owner (Progressive Digital Media Group) on 0207 936 6400 and asked them what is happening. The chap I spoke to said that they were having technical difficulties. Will give them through to next week to see what happens!

I had an initial problem getting on the page the other day and then after 3 attempts it went in okay, seems to not want to go in again today, getting the oops message!

Be aware that anyone who clicks the link will be forwarded to a webpage that reveals thousands of private email addresses, names and street addresses.


This organisation needs to be put out of business immediately for a serious breach of privacy.

Yes, I've just sent a complaint to Mutualpoints. Very serious breach of privacy. Is there anyone else it can be reported to as they usually take a while to deal with contact emails.

Indefensible breach and no one on call to monitor for urgent problems, a simple mistake by someone who I have no doubt will be looking for a new job soon.

I have been collecting points by clicking through to websites, and sometimes from purchases. I finally got enough points to claim a reward. The site shows a cheque was sent but nothing arrived. I have tried sending a question (they call it raising a ticket) but never get a reply. Have other people had problems? Is the whole thing a con? If so, other people should be warned.

All I can say its i got paid recently via cheque took my ages to get enough points and then paid
