Ok, hoping this is a glitch, and I don't want to panic anyone, but I've lost all my points!!!!! I was at 2500 I think, but it's saying 0
Thankfully, I've just checked my emails and I've had a 'click through' email today confirming I have 2496. I've since tried logging in, but my password is also not know0 -
I am also unable to log-in. I cashed out around October time and the money was paid into my account within 2/3 weeks - not bad for just clicking an email and doing a search once in a while.0

I cant log in either, it says
'The password did not match our records' even though I have used the same password for years
They do not reply to support tickets or reply to password requests either but they are still sending out reward emails
A couple of people have put complaints on their facebook page stating they have put in cash out claims that have not been sent out and also no reply to support tickets, it doesn't look goodThanx

I can log in the website points say 0 but still receiving the emails and these say the correct amount of points.
Feel free to drop the Executive chairman of Mutual Points parent company Progressive Digital Media an email letting him know the problems.
For some reason the link not liked so
http://(remove)(add www).ceoemail.( remove)com/s.php?id=77637&c=Progressive%20Digital%20MediaI started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0 -
Still cant login and almost a week now.I almost reach £20 limit. No password reminder received email even though I use correct details
When I try and sign up again just testing I get error

As the gorilla says in the Mighty Boosh..."I've got a bad feeling about this"
I too have found that I am unable to log in this week because 'the password does not match'. Requesting a password leads to nothing. Emails to "Support" bounce. If you can find the working link to get a support ticket, no ticket number is issued, or email acknowledgement ever sent. I reached my £20 worth of points in December, but am still waiting for the cheque. Whilst I could still log in, it just said payment date was n/a.
I think that the website has been suffering from quite bad neglect for some time (broken links, outdated cashback/pointsback offers with retailers, etc) and generally a dated layout. The only thing that is still working is the occasional email, and the points are still being added making everything seem normal.
MutualPoints Ltd is still listed as active at Companies House. If it helps anyone, it was owned by TMN Media, but this was acquired by Progressive Digital Media plc. Emails to TMN bounce too, but emails to Progressive have so far been unanswered (what a surprise).
If it helps anyone, the phone number listed on my last letter with cheque back in July 2013 was 0207 936 6600, fax 0207 936 6601. You can also find the list of current directors (there have been many) quite easily, so good luck to everyone and keep all the offer emails as this may be the only proof of points we have if the website is not fixed and no screen shots have been taken.0 -
