Do they only send them out in £20 payments then? I thought as long as it was over £20 they add the rest on
As far as I can remember you need 3,000 points for a £20 reward (cheque in my case). When this is claimed, the points counter resets to any points left over and a little "countdown message" tells you that you need x amount of points until the next 3,000 is reached. I believe it is only done in multiples of 3,000 points but if anyone can correct me, please do.

It's also good to know that the site hasn't been completely abandoned yet, as user 'savemoney' points out. Maybe there is hope (insert "fingers crossed" smiley here)

You are correct parsley about payments.

I applied for my last payment on 5 November and received it on 8 December without any problem.

The old payment time was "payment dealt with at end of month requested plus 21 days" so I was lucky last month.

With the exception of 2/3 sites, I always request payment as soon as I reach the target.

I usually cash out once a year - takes time but nice when the payment arrives.

You were lucky redagila. I too cash out as soon as I can, but it takes me almost 18 months to build up the points, just through email clicks.
Hopefully, MutualPoints will get its act together and revamp its website and whole support system.

The webpage seems to be up and running again. I've signed in and got my points still in tact. Can't wait to get to 3000, cash out and close my account. Had enough

Same here, its happened too many times. They don't send a confirmation email when you claim a reward either. I didn't realise they only do the payments at the end of the month so it could be ages too.
    Thanx

It used to be that you required 3,000 for a £20 payout. If you left your 3,000 points then the next payment stage came after every additional 750 points for an extra £5 i.e 3750 = £25.

It don't know if that has changed because this is going back a few years when you could earn about £60 a year just for email clicks. Its nowhere near as good now. Incidentally I requested a payment in October and it came in December, I had practically given up on it when it arrived, so there is quite a time lag.
I wish I had thought of a better user name as this makes me sounds greedy :( It was meant more tongue-in-cheek.

Just to let peeps know that I logged on to my account today to find my 9,000 points have now been processed as of yesterday and I'd been waiting since the beginning of December (not as long as some of you, I know).

Not sure how long it will take to reach me though - I opted for Paypal.

My points were processed yesterday and I had opted to be paid via Paypal. Hopefully this will be the next week, then I will close the account. It was good whilst it lasted.

  • Since Mutualpoints had that glitch with their website where your points total got set back to zero- I have not had any more e-mails from them. Now the site is back up and my points have reappeared, but still no reward e-mails. Is everyone else the same?
