My points were processed yesterday and I had opted to be paid via Paypal. Hopefully this will be the next week, then I will close the account. It was good whilst it lasted.
Have you had anything yet?
I'm still waiting! I'm also going to close my account after this. It's not worth it any more.Sealed Pot Challenge No 3060 -

You would have to contact customer services... but why bother you can just abandon the account and never return. Change any details you want to and walk away. They will eventually close your account anyway.I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0 -
I also received my cheque for £20 pounds yesterday, dated 31/1/15 after requesting it at the beginning of December and almost giving up hope. Is it just a coincidence that the last reward email from them was also on this date?
The contact details on the letter are still the same as the ones in post #1020, unless they're just using up the old stocks of paper.
I think that Moneymadmark has explained the points redemption rules correctly, but I've always cashed in as soon as 3,000 has been reached. I've never been given the option to get paid through PayPal though, or found anywhere in my account that would enable me to change this, so maybe it was just for newer members.
As for the proposed website revamp mentioned in a previous post, it still looks the same as it was before. I still have had no replies to any previous emails to them, and the silence is not doing them any favours.
I hope this has given any of you waiting for a payout a bit of hope.
I'd better get my cheque in quick now0 -
I have almost 3000 points but have stopped receiving the emails and the Contact Customer Service / Help link does not work. How can I contact them? How can I earn the few points I need to take me to 3000 so I can claim my £20 reward?0

I've not had any reward mails since January either and I'm only 222 points away from a reward.
I raised a support ticket last week but have not yet had any response.
Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician....0 -
I raised ticket on 15/2/15 as I had 3002 points and said I wanted cheque but nowhere to request on site, no response to date0

I contacted them 10 days ago regarding no RewardMails since January and I've had no response at all. I think they have ceased operating. I read the financial report from their parent company which says:
"During 2012, the Group made the decision to close the TMN email marketing business unit, including the TMN, EDR and TAPPS businesses. During 2013, the Group discontinued the US and European arms of its affiliate marketing business. The email marketing and US / European affiliate marketing businesses formed part of the Group’s B2C Digital Marketing
division."
It would have been nice of them to tell us they have shut down. Anyone with claims pending shouldn't hold their breath.0
