By now Tesco staff in every Tesco know of the reduced electricals and surely are skimming all the major bargains.
There are many posts here reporting that staff are grabbing seriouslly reduced stock, my experiences are similar.
Today I went to my local Tesco, there is a section with electricals on sale
a 320GB Buffalo hard disk (we are talking old technology here) around £38
where is the sale?
Ok, I did not expect to find a bargain anymore, but such high prices on ancient stock is hilarious!
Perhaps Tesco's sale prices are based on 3 year old prices when the technology was new.
The new Tesco CEO is a 'groceries man', I am sure tesco is coming out the electricals business to focus on core strengths.
Tesco is not doing well, the writing was on the wall, that's why the previous CEO left ...

Couldn't agree more. I can't imagine shopping there, let alone working for them...0 -
Keep looking people, still some bits and pieces to be had, thought it might be over so had a day off searching however today found a Technica blu ray player for £10 and JVC headset £3.:)
Just when I thought this store had finished its knockdowns (non to be had a few days ago) the odd few somehow appear.0 -
Managed to get the tresamee hairdryer £2 odd bargain! And I was desperate for a new one0

A badly run and managed company that made millions upon millions last year!!!
Image what they could do if they were run well.
I for one am glad they are not as my Christmas shopping is coming on nicely thanks to recent price drops and glitches.0 -

I enjoy it a little too much I think. I don't need anything else but I'm missing the thrill of the chase lol!!
There has been some fab stuff but most of it I don't need. I already have a camera/breadmaker/iron/food processor etc so I've no need for this stuff.
Call me crazy but I'm enjoying playing with my little mp4 player because it was a challenge to get it. Woman hunted down prize :rotfl:
you know what- ive not thought of it in this way .. lol .. good luck !

There was a tesco staff member mooching around before her shift started and I lurked behind her but she didn't find anything either.Might start venturing further and trying B1shop

Was in H@mpt@n today and saw the Black n Decker sanders, took one to elec desk to get price checked, guy scanned it then pulled a funny face and said £39.99, I asked what the face was for and he said it seemed very dear for something thats normally £17 odd. I dont know how much these normally are so just said i would leave it, we were chatting as he went to put it back on the shelf and he said theyd had a few things going through and that they didnt know about them until they took them at the till, any they did find were put on the end of a shelf - he showed me and there was just some ipad things. however since coming home ive checked and cant find these anywhere at £17 - wonder if he was calling my bluff!A home is not a home ..... without a dog0
