Thanks for the quick response folks. Not sure whether to head North or South. KP seems to be the one with the scanner but when i called in last and took something from their ex display shelf to be price checked at the electricals desk it came up full price!

The stores i have been in the scanners have been by the clothes but some stores dont have scanners

Still no look for me finding a hair dryer and straighteners in the F@ilsw0rth or St0ckp0rt Ts. May have to take my trusty bus pass and do a round of stores in Manchester today! Ha

With the hairdryers and straighteners are people finding the SEL to be the correct reduced price or do you have to scan them?

I managed to get hair straightners last week the SEL stated nearly £30 but scanned at £6 it was the V05 ones in a red box but i havnt managed to find anything else electrical
I went to a store last night that had the SEL correct so its hit n miss best to write a few on a list as theres lots supposed to be reduced hth

Report yesterday in my local from guy on Electrical desk that there are going to be loads of electricals put out towards the front of the store at reduced prices today!
Will check it out and report back.
Also have gleaned a piece of info about a TV that I will confirm as soon as I clarify it!
Don't want to start any false rumours!

Are there any laptops around the north west rochdale/oldham.huddersfield rd scanning cheap as my one is literally dying - (the hinges are held together by duckt tape!!)
